Chardon Sales & Marketing (CSM) will
work with the Hotel General Manager and local sales
team to develop a medium to long term sales strategy
based on the business priorities and issues affecting
the business.

CSM will evaluate existing
sales & marketing processes and make recommendations
to the hotel Owner, General Manager and the local
sales team to ensure that all sales opportunities
are being captured. |
In addition, CSM will work with the hotel
to create the annual sales and marketing plan supported
by regular sales & marketing meetings, and comprehensive
monthly sales & marketing reports.
CSM aim to provide a range of additional

can be adapted to suit each individual hotel client
needs, with clients having the opportunity to 'self
select' which elements best fit their requirements,
based on the business priorities at that time.
