Chardon Management is an experienced, successful operator and developer of budget and luxury hotels for a number of investors in the UK.
Currently operating 30 hotels and 6 health and fitness Clubs, Chardon Management is geared up to expand and have substantial funds already in place to develop hotels, buy existing assets and operate hotels and health & fitness clubs for investors who want to profit from this lucrative sector.
Chardon’s independence allows them to operate all major national and international brands in the UK allowing investors to choose the most appropriate brand based on individual asset or site.
Chardon Management is looking for:
- Single or group of hotel assets
- Sites to develop (minimum 0.5 acre) stand alone or mixed use schemes
- Locations in the UK (city centres, arterial road networks, airports, large office developments, near major leisure attractions)
- Independent management contracts for existing hotels
- Investors who want to develop or own hotels and health & fitness clubs
