Marketing
Our marketing efforts are focused on how best to communicate with our existing and prospective guests, customers and health club members.
In addition to producing all the printed materials used within a hotel, such as brochures, in-room information, menus, etc., we use e-mail broadcasts and information posted on each of our hotels’ web sites to get relevant messages to the appropriate audience.
We deliver all aspects of marketing strategy laid out by the hotel brand we’re managing and implement their tactical marketing and loyalty programmes.
Annual marketing plans
For every hotel, there is an annual marketing plan, which addresses:
- all revenue streams
- rooms
- conferences and events
- food and beverage
- health and fitness
In branded properties, the plan dovetails with any brand-led initiatives. Additionally, the plan includes local advertising and PR activities.
Monthly reviews
Each month, marketing tactics are reviewed for the three months ahead, with focus on what’s been achieved and the results. Best practice and successes are shared amongst other similar hotels.
