Change is part of the life cycle of any business and the hotel sector is no exception.
Not only is CML itself capable of adapting to rapid change, but we have also demonstrated we can take our hotel teams through change. We successfully de-branded seven Hilton hotels and re-branded five to Holiday Inns, one to Best Western and one as an independent stand-alone business.
Such a complex process requires the ability, exceptional planning skills and expertise to ensure ‘buy in’ from management and staff at all levels. This guarantees they understand where they fit in and the value of their contribution to the success of the business.
We run specific training sessions to help prepare people for the transition phases and link initiatives to focus people on what we and our hotel owners expect to achieve as a result of the change being undertaken.
