When it comes to opening a hotel, few operators have our proven depth of experience and quality of execution.

In the last twelve months, we have opened two new hotels, the Doubletree by Hilton Milton Keynes and the Holiday Inn Express Duxford Cambridge and taken over the management of a further twelve hotels.

Our approach to managing these additions to our portfolio is to optimise all elements of the CML organisation in a focused and interlocking way. Some of the core elements are:
