• Express by Holiday Inn
  Edinburgh – Royal Mile
  
  This 78-bedroom Express by Holiday Inn hotel is situated in the heart of Edinburgh. It is located within 10 minutes walk of Edinburgh Castle and the Scottish parliament building.
  
  Construction commenced in November 2006, for completion in December 2007.
  
  
• Express by Holiday Inn Leeds – M1 J46
  
  

  This 110-bedroom Express by Holiday Inn hotel is situated on the outskirts of Leeds at Thorpe Park Business Park, near Junction 46 off the M1.  It is within easy reach of Leeds, Harrogate and York.
  
  Subject to planning permissions being granted, development will commence early 2007.

• Holiday Inn Stevenage
  
  This 140-room full-service hotel is being developed by Bluebird Holdings, a privately owned development company. Development of the site is scheduled to commence in early 2007.
