Managing Trading Hotels in the UK and Ireland - Sales
Each of our hotels has full support from our CML Sales Team covering, but not limited to:
- CML will prepare an individual sales & marketing plan for the hotels covering all the main business segments this is completed annually as part of the annual budget process
- Quarterly strategic market review process, focusing attention on the hotel’s revenue and profit forecast, for future months and outlining key activity at hotel and central level to support forecasts
- Our Director of Sales maintains discipline amongst the Sales Managers to ensure that appointment targets are met, and there is the right balance between new and current clients.
