Managing Trading Hotels in the UK and Ireland - Finance

CML play a very active role in the accounting process, driving management information. Typically this will include but is not limited to:

·         Drive working capital management through monitoring debt collection and the payment of suppliers

·         Balance sheet review work monthly

·         Consolidated reporting, P&L, cashflow, fixed assets

·         Weekly revenue forecasting for the month of operation

·         Managing the budgeting process annually

·         Managing VAT reporting and accounting and managing relations with HM Revernue and Customs

·         Benchmark reporting
